This notice covers the website, its contact form, and the processing of contact, customer and project data. No web analytics, advertising or newsletter is used.

2. Website access and server logs

When this website is accessed, technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, requested file, HTTP status, referrer, browser, operating system and routing information may be processed. The purpose is delivery, stability, security and protection against abuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are retained only as long as required for operation, troubleshooting, security or legal claims.

3. Cloudflare hosting and CDN

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and uses Cloudflare DNS, CDN and security services. Requests are routed through Cloudflare’s global network. Providers include Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, and Cloudflare Germany GmbH, Rosenheimer Straße 143C, 81671 Munich, Germany. Data may be processed in the USA and other countries outside the EEA. Cloudflare refers to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

4. Cookies and analytics

The operator does not use analytics, marketing, advertising, external fonts or non-essential cookies. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security mechanisms. No consent banner is currently required for operator-controlled optional technologies because none are used.

5. Contact

Contact form submissions are processed by a Cloudflare server function and sent through the email delivery provider Resend to the controller’s business mailbox. Resend may process contact details, message content, delivery status and technical logs in the USA under the agreed data protection safeguards. Contact data is processed under Art. 6(1)(b), (c) or (f) GDPR, depending on the context.

6. Customer and project data

For enquiries, quotations, contracts and projects, we may process contact details, communications, contractual and billing data, project requirements and working data supplied by customers. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) GDPR. Where we process data on a customer's behalf, the roles and any agreement under Art. 28 GDPR are clarified before the project begins.

7. Google and Gmail

Google services may process contacts, email content, attachments and technical metadata. Providers may include Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC, including outside the EEA under applicable safeguards. Google Privacy Policy.

8. Microsoft 365, Outlook, Excel, OneDrive and SharePoint

These services may be used for email, spreadsheets, collaboration and storage. Microsoft may process contact, communication, document, customer, project, account, diagnostic and usage data, including in third countries under its stated safeguards. Microsoft Privacy Statement.

9. Apple, iCloud, Numbers and Apple Mail

Depending on settings, Apple may process or synchronise communications, documents, customer and project data, account, device, diagnostic and metadata. Apple Privacy Policy.

10. Parallels Desktop

Parallels is used to run Windows on a Mac. Customer content normally remains in the local virtual environment. Depending on settings, Parallels may receive account, licence, device, diagnostic and usage data. Parallels Privacy Statement.

11. Recipients, retention and security

Access is limited to persons and processors who need the data. Data is retained only as long as necessary for its purpose, legal duties, contracts, security or legal claims. Safeguards include access controls, strong passwords, multi-factor authentication where available, current software, encrypted transmission, device protection and backups.
